You'll need: Piña Colada drops · 4 oz pineapple juice · 2 oz coconut milk · ice · toasted coconut flakes (for the rim) · pineapple wedge
Method: Run a citrus wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it in toasted coconut. Shake pineapple juice, coconut milk, and 2 full droppers with ice until cold and frothy. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple.
