Alex In Amberwood (Local Author)

 Alex in Amberwood is an illustrated children's book for ages three to eight, narrated by the famous, friendly fox of Stittsville. Alex tells the story of Amberwood Village and its wonderful gift in the heart of the community. Beginning at a time long before there were houses or little, brown, condos on the land, Alex tells how it came to be, how the wildlife adapted and how two disastrous fires endangered the gift to residents and all of Stittsville. Alex tells of how he become a "rock star" during the pandemic and how those difficult days showed everyone just how valuable their rare gift is.
